Prior Knowledge:

• With my own class, I begin with a whole-group brainstorming activity. We come up with words that fall under nouns, adjectives, and verbs. We then get even more specific by identifying proper nouns, the different categories of nouns, etc. A brainstorming slide is already included!
• Includes directions on how to complete virtually with your class
