Many children are struggling with poor mental health. Trying to be " perfect" is exhausting and it can prevent children from sharing their emotions fearing risk of not being seen as perfect.
This presentation is a great conversation starter. It challenges children ( and adults ) to think about their perceived image of themselves and others.
It's important for children to learn at a young age that there isn't such a thing as perfect. Nobody is " perfect in their own way" instead " nobody is perfect and that's OKAY.
Not only does this presentation talk about how it's OKAY not to be perfect it also gives strategies on working towards feeling good about yourself and your accomplishments.
