Everyone has a unique personality! Each personality has strengths and weakness that make people who they are. When children realize that we all have unique strengths that help us work together, they collaborate in groups better because they understand other people on a new level.
This activity complements the book The Treasure Tree by John Trent, but it can be used without the book as well. I suggest you read the book and discuss the character traits of the animals. Perhaps you will want to create an anchor chart displaying the traits of each animal. Students will then go through a Personality Checklist to discover their own personalities. Which animal are they most like?
It includes parent letter, personality checklists, posters, and personality overview.
