The DNA game is an instructional game where students race to develop models of a DNA strand. This game can be used at the beginning or end of a unit. Students will learn about the structure of the DNA molecule and nucleotides that work together to build a DNA strand. Purchasers of these files will receive the directions for the game, components necessary for students to play the game, directions on how to print them out for the game play, and a handout with a reading and questions. This game can be played over the course of a class period and the reading and the questions will take another portion of a period.
Game pieces can be printed out and cut out to make the game (have one class cut them out and you will have these for ever)
