Covers the details of replicating DNA during S phase. Topics include sites of origin, enzymes involved (helicase, topoisomerase, SSBPs, DNA pol I, II, and III, ligase, etc.), replication forks/bubbles, 5'->3' direction, leading and lagging strands, Okazaki fragments, and loss of telomers. Has links to useful videos and animations. I like to print 3 slides per page to give students the opportunity to take notes as we elaborate on each topic.
