This pairs with the free online classroom behavior management system called Class Dojo. Included in the packet is a letter home to parents, a 4-week Dojo point tracker for students, and a "Dojo Store" poster to be hung in the classroom. Prompt the students to record their Dojo points everyday. At the end of the week the kids can either spend their points (see Dojo Store) or save them in their "bank" to save up for something special that is worth more points (example: lunch with the teacher!) The Dojo Store lists prizes that are free of cost to the teacher such as use a marker pass, choose a seat pass, line leader for the day, etc. It's a great, fun way to encourage positive behavior and includes math!
