This NO PREP
game is a fun and interactive way to practice forms of lequel-auquel-duquel as presented in D'accord 3 Leçon 1. Also works with Imaginez Leçon 1. While this game was created to accompany the D'accord series, it could easily be used with any review of lequel.
Additional materials needed: bingo markers in several different colors or something similar to function as markers for each player.
The grid has 36 boxes total.
The goal of this game is to take 4 boxes in a row: vertically, horizontally or diagonally. Students play in groups of 2-3.
In order to win a box, the player needs to replace the underlined word(s) with the correct form of lequel-auquel-duquel. Directions are included for differentiating this activity.
Players take turns with play continuing until one person has won 4 boxes in a row.
Unlike a true Connect 4 game, in this version a marker can be placed anywhere on the board.
Players need to try to get 4 in a row while simultaneously blocking their opponent from doing the same.
