Use these adorable cut and paste alphabet pages for students to practice identifying their initial sounds and so much more. Includes 26 letters A-Z. Features a large shape/scene that matches each letter and small shape outlines for students to identify where to glue their pictures. Students use the separate sheet full of pictures (two per page so you don't need to copy as many) to color and cut out the pictures that have the matching initial sound. This helps not only with identifying initial sounds, but also with building vocabulary, and hand eye coordination skills! There is also a challenge question at the bottom of each page that encourages early finishers and above level students to extend their learning. I like to save each letter for my students that they complete and bind together in an alphabet book to give them at the end of the year. It is a great little reminder of all they have learned throughout the year! Enjoy!
****** Note, the Letter X is not set up in the same format as the other pages, due to the availability of words that begin with the letter X! Instead, this page has upper and lowercase X handwriting practice, with 2 X words at the bottom to color.
