Students need a little help getting organized? Have interactive notebooks, lab books, binder checks? These are for you. The first is a log for students to keep track of their in-class and homework assignments so they can be sure they don't miss a thing! If they have a binder, put it right at the front, or even tape it to the cover of a homework folder! It includes date, assignment title and type, and spots for them to not whether or not they finished it and remembered to hand it in.
The second is a table of contents page for a notebook/binder. It includes date, title, page number (in notebook, could add binder section if using in a binder with dividers), assignment type, a spot to note whether or not they finished it (to help them remember to go back and finish things when needed) and a spot to keep track of their grades.
The third is the daily activator sheet I use for students to answer my activator/bell ringer questions and keep them organized. Includes a space for the date, to record homework assignments, write the question, and write the answer.
All are in MS Word for edit-ability. All are 2 pages for ease of printing double sided.
