In my multi-handicapped classroom I do not use a pre-printed agenda. Instead, I add one week at time with specific weekly notes to their take-home binders.
This communication template can be altered to list specific Therapies, Specials or classwork that takes place in the unit. Once the weekly note is typed and the pages are printed (duplex), I circle or highlight each area covered each day then write a note to parents.
I have had excellent feedback from administrators and parents on the form's understandability, ease of use and overall effectiveness.
Works great for OTES requirements, too.
