Even though I take attendance digitally, I really prefer to have a hard copy of attendance on hand. I'm sure it never happens to you, but sometimes our internet is out or the attendance software isn't working, and it is nice to have a backup ready to go. I can see patterns in absences much more readily when it is all on one page. It also makes it easy to do a quick check if administration calls and wants to know if someone was in class on a specific date.
This attendance record is made for schools that have four 9-week grading periods, and it has space at the top for you to write in the month and the date for each class period.
This pdf is set up so you can print the pages on both sides of the paper and the attendance sheets for each 9-week period will be side-by-side in a 3-ring binder.
