Description
Looking for a way to make your upper elementary students accountable for their daily behavior? That's exactly why I created this resource!
This resource includes the following:
- a daily behavior card where both student and teacher rate their daily behavior, laminate and use with a dry erase marker to save paper, 2 pages to print front to back, with 2 cards on each page
- daily behavior logs for students to log and reflect upon their ratings, 2 pages, 12 months
- monthly behavior report to communicate with parents about behavior, 1 page, 12 months
- weekly behavior report to communicate with parents about behavior, 1 page
