Description
Our kids come to us every morning with many different emotions and situations running through their bodies. They can be overly excited all the way to downright sad and miserable, and every emotion in between. I wanted to create a tool that allowed my students to communicate with me in a way that allowed me to quickly gauge how they're doing each day emotionally.
I created a Daily Self Check-in Form that I use with Google Forms™. This allows me to quickly see how my students are doing each morning and check in with the students who need me the most. Students have access to the link throughout the entire school year, so I only need to generate and share the link once - and they immediately have access to it!
This resource comes with three versions of the Google Form™:
- An in-person learning template.
- A remote learning template.
- A hybrid template (for teachers who have in-person and at-home learners at the same time).
Using this resource is simple! Share the link with your students, have them bookmark the link, and EASILY make it part of your classroom routine to check-in each morning! Quickly scan the entries as they come in for anything that might be a flag for you or your community of learners.
