*10 whole group smart board slides
Each slide has a stretch displayed along with the number of breaths to take while performing the stretch. There is also an inspirational quote to read aloud and discuss with the class.
*There are three different version of the the whole group slides. One does not have the number of breaths attached. Another does- and the last one is blank (you can add your own number of breaths).
*12 small group task cards that can be used for centers
There are two versions of the task cards. One has numbers in ten frames and the other has dot configurations. Included with these is a recording page for your students to write the numeral of the number of breaths taken with each stretch!
