This is a one-page Word document that is a template for daily lesson plans. You can open the file and customize it with the name of your course.
I use this at the high school level, to teach one-hour classes. It would probably work well for anyone who teaches one subject at a time. I teach multiple different preps and use a template for each course to detail the daily agenda. I punch holes in the side and put the daily lesson plans in a binder with dividers for each subject. It makes it easy to keep track of upcoming lessons and go back and reflect on past lessons for next year.
On this template, there is a header that says Lesson Plans. I customized my copies to have the title of my course in that area. There is a place for the date and day of the week. On the left column is a box for a bell work question to start the period and a box to write in homework. On the right column is the daily agenda. There are prompts for 3 activities and a closing/reflection question. At the bottom of the page is a place for the teacher to reflect on the day, how the lesson went, etc.
