This is a general daily language and math review sheet that I use each morning with my students. This is how I use it but feel free to use it however you would like!
Each morning I have a slide in my daily lesson with the "5-A-Day" for the students. This includes one sentence with misspelled words, incorrect punctuation, etc. and five math problems. On their paper, the students are required to write the sentence correctly and use the corresponding boxes to compute the math problems.
This form allows me to change the type of corrections which need to be made in the sentence, as well as the type of required math, daily as my lesson plans are constantly changing throughout the week!
We correct our math and language review together which is a quick assessment of their learning and allows me to adapt as needed.
The bottom of the front page includes an area to put an ELA and Math grade for the week from the daily review.
