By November, you've probably introduced all of the times tables in third grade. Most contemporary texts/math programs don't provide very much practice with the multiplication facts. Common Core State standards explicitly state that by the end of third grade, students must know from memory all of the multiplication facts.(1x-9x tables) Well, you know the old saying: "If you don't use it, you lose it." These packets will keep your students' multiplication fact memories alive as they involve themselves in engaging incremental activities.
This product focuses on 6x, 7x facts.
Daily packets are 7-8 pages each and take about 20-30 minutes to finish. * Less time if you pull out a page or two, of course! (this will not disrupt the "flow")
Most packets focus on 2 different facts from the same times table and their turnarounds. Every packet is different. It takes 2 weeks to complete all of the pages for a times table.
Once a student does a daily packet, he/she can color in the keeping progress tool.
Some examples of packet "activities": cut and paste multiplication fact puzzle pictures; turnarounds pages; array writers; matching pages; fill in pages; math fact searches; coloring pages; math fact practice pages; single digit x double digit partial products multiplication with scaffolding; single digit x double digit multiplication traditional with scaffolding; decomposing multiplication facts, and more!
