Description

Do your kids need some extra practice solving word problems? These number stories are simple to incorporate into your daily routine. Your kids will quickly become pros at solving problems! Printable and digital options included.

In the printable version, each week contains half page number stories for Monday-Thursday. Friday is a full-page problem with questions about a graph.

There are addition and subtraction stories. Each page contains a space for kids to write the number sentence and answer.

You can print a packet for your kids weekly or monthly. There are two student cover page options if you wish to make a monthly number story book.

This resource has been updated with a Google Slides version of the number story book - perfect for math centers or distance learning! In the digital version, each day has its own slide. You can assign by day, by week, or the whole month! Students can type their answers right in. I have also included a box with counters that they are able to use of they need help solving the problem.
