I used this point sheet and schedule with a student who was having problems with transitions and behavior.
To use this point sheet, the student will mark an “X” in the first column once completed. The appropriate adult (teacher, paraprofessional, cafeteria worker, bus driver, etc…) will circle the appropriate number in the last column. The student will then discuss with the appropriate adult (teacher, paraprofessional, cafeteria worker, bus driver, etc…) if he/she should receive a smile or frown and circle accordingly.
