These puzzles practice vocabulary related to daily routine
The first page is the answer key (or you could cut it up and use it as a smaller size puzzle. Pages 3-4 are made of tables with the English on one side and Spanish on the other. (I have printed these and used them as a matching activity alone). Pages 5-6 contain pieces for a small puzzle (8 pieces per page) and pages 7-22 contain pieces for a large puzzle (1 piece per page).
*This set of words is more difficult to work with visual representations and are also words that my students have struggled with or confused with each other.
The pieces you print out will not be paired up already. This way, you can have the kids cut them apart without seeing the answers if you'd like. To complete the puzzle, match spanish words with the picture that best represents them.
I like to use the bigger ones as the kids seem to think they are more fun and interesting (for whatever reason!). Also, the pictures are sometimes easier to see. But, sometimes I also make both sizes and let the students choose which they want to do.
The vocabulary is based off of that from Asi Se Dice Level 1 Chapter 11 or Así Se Dice Level 2 Chapter 2 and goes well with Buen Viaje Level 1, Chapter 12.
