I work in a high school aged District 75 classroom. Every morning, after breakfast, My class goes over the schedule of the day. I put this SMART Notebook Slide on the board. 2 out of my 6 students write their schedule on paper and copy from my class SMART Board. 4 out of 6 of my students use the slide as a guide and select icons for each period of the day and do their schedule on a icon/velcro/laminated schedule in their classwork binders.
If you open this file in SMART notebook, you can edit the text on the slide. I have the schedule saved to my computer, I open it every morning, and I add the date to it. After I'm done, I close it, don't save, and that way the date isn't saved and I can open it the next day and add the new date the next day.
It's been a big help this year in keeping my students structured and on schedule.
