I created these for my students as a quick, 5-minute sentence editing activity to start off the day. Each sentence has six errors (always 1 spelling error, 2 capitalization errors, and 3 punctuation errors). The students must find all six errors by marking their findings in the sentence above, and then they must rewrite the sentence error-free for six marks. I used to use and love the Daily Language Review program to reinforce the writing conventions but I found it to be a bit too much work for the little ones some days (and a lot of marking). I created this to be a quick teacher and student-friendly alternative.
There are 14 pages of sentences, with 4 sentences on each page (56 sentences in total). I like to do this every morning, 4 days per week.
