I use this behavior calendar as an easy means to communicate daily with my parents about their child's behavior. I keep these for the entire year in a daily take home folder. At the end of each day, I color the squares red, yellow or green. If the student has a yellow or red square, I write the number for what happened that day in the small box using the behavior code. This allows the parent and I to have a record of their child's behavior all year. There is also a place for notes at the bottom, along with my contact information along the top.
There is a PDF version and a power point file. The power point file is editable. I hope you enjoy this freebie!
