This is a daily warm up sheet which students can use for up to 5 days of class. Each day, students indicate how difficult the warm up was, as well as how hard they tried to complete the problem.
At the end of the week, students complete a sentence stem: I used to be confused about ________, but now, I understand ____________ in order for the students to reflect on their growth for the week.
Research shows that metacognition is a much stronger indicator of performance in math than ability - get your students metacognating! :)
