Help your students remember Parallel Line and Transversal Angle Vocabulary with this Fun Game!
Remember the game Dance Dance Revolution (or DDR)? Well this resource allows you to replicate a geometry version in your own classroom. The game looks like this: Click Here. I tried and tried to find the PowerPoint used in the video, and I could not find it online. SOooo I made my own! Here it is! The terms even scroll up the screen just like in the video. My version has already been "kid-tested" in my own classroom, and they loved it! I played Top 40 music in the background to give it the full effect, and they had a blast!
Tape Parallel lines and Transversal Lines on the floor of your classroom. I chose to make 5 sets across the front of my classroom. I had the students take turns playing. Of course the students in their seats were the judges for who the winners were for each round. It worked out perfect!
