PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Note: I have an Elementary Media Specialist Evidence Binder available for sale if you want the “cutsey” graphics! :-)

Elementary Danielson Evidence Binder

This packet contains 4 different binder covers and spines, dividers, sample evidence/artifact ideas, a “Proficient vs. “Distinguished” comparison chart and a PowerPoint version (which is editable) of the evidence/artifact logs, so that you can add your own text. I have also included a version with no clipart as well! Please note that I cannot include an editable version of the entire packet due to clip art terms of use.

The Danielson rubric that my district is using and the one I used to create this packet can be found here:

Danielson Library Media Rubric

My state requires a Domain 5 “Student Growth” goal, so I included a divider for it. I don’t have a sample for a Domain 5 goal yet, but I may include one at a later time.

The sample evidence/artifacts are just IDEAS. I couldn’t find a lot out there to support the library media specialist rubric in terms of sample evidence so I started to create lists to help me. You may think of some other good ones to include!

If you have any questions, please ask before you purchase!

*Updated on 07/08/14 to include editable Powerpoint versions of the covers and spines to change the wording as you see fit! I used the font "What the Teacher Wants", which you can download for free here:
What the Teacher Wants Font

I've also included spines for the next three school years (2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17).
