**BEST SELLER** This pack has been updated to included 132 pages of materials to help you organize and plan your Teacher Evidence binder aligned to the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teacher Evaluation Instrument. Many of the pages are editable for your needs. The mature style of the pages will appeal to any administrator or teacher grades K-12. My principal commented on how organized everything was at both of my conferences for evaluations last year after I used these pages in my binder!
This ZIP file has five files that contain the following:
Two Files: There is a PDF and PowerPoint version of your choice of FOUR styles of cover pages and dividers for the domains for your binder. There are also choices of two designs for dividers for each of the components within the four domains of the Danielson rubric. The component dividers and cover pages in the PowerPoint file have EDITABLE elements.
One File: There is a 54 page PowerPoint document of evidence or ARTIFACT EXAMPLES for each of the components of Domains 1 and 4 (the domains that are not necessarily "observable" by the administrator when they are in your classroom). I have included two examples of most of the components from Domains 1 and 4 and left many of them editable for your adaptation. PLEASE see the table of contents in the preview for an idea of what documents are included in these 54 pages. Although some of the documents are editable, these artifacts are personalized for each individual teacher (lesson plans, homework guidelines, etc.) and I only included mine to demonstrate what I actually used for my evidence. I created this product originally for TpT to only include the binder dividers and organizers but I received many requests from buyers to include the actual examples of my artifacts. Some of my examples are scanned copies of student work samples with the element and component the document addresses. Please do not purchase if you are looking for lesson plans that you can take and use for your binder. My lesson plans are for 4th grade and are specific to my class, although, they are in an editable Word format. You may use the outline of my lesson plan and type in your own information or maybe you just want to look at examples of the artifacts that I used for domains 1 and 4.
Two Files: There is a PDF and PowerPoint version of teacher self assessment checklists comparing Proficient (level 3) to Distinguished (level 4). There are also four editable domain checklists where teachers can keep track of their evidence/artifacts collected for each of the domain's components.
This product matches the 2013, 2011, and 2007 versions for domains and elements of the Danielson rubric. In the different versions, there are slight changes in the rubric for each element but the actual elements and domains are the same year to year. The teacher self assessment checklists for proficient vs. distinguished match the 2013 rubric.
I hope this product can help you organize your Teacher Evidence binder aligned to the Danielson rubric!
