*These are nine sets (pages) of questions from the preface to the last chapter of the book that engage students in reading it thoughtfully and reflectively in order to improve reading comprehension.
I have created them in order to improve reading skills of students as well as to discuss the depth of psychological themes in the book.
The author includes personal questions at the end, so I wanted to create ones that were geared toward understanding the material and encouraged students to read it carefully and analytically.
*These can be used in small groups with students (how I use them) or in a larger reading group or circle. I have the students meet in small groups and then after they have completed the questions, a "reporter" in each group will choose a question to answer in our larger group in front of the entire class.
Then discussion continues, which allows students to get a variety of perspectives on the reading.
