This newly updated product includes so many possibilities for progress monitoring! Create instant graphs with data collected on a weekly, bi-weekly, or tri-weekly basis. My students also love using the printable forms included for their data binders.
Excel Instant Graphing
I am excited to upload something that I've been using for a few years! For my RTI students, I often need to produce charts to send to our school academic team as well as the school psychologist. Utilizing a data entry page on Excel, you will be able to instantly create graphs of the student data that you enter. I have included options for school who are required to progress monitor on a weekly, bi-weekly, or tri-weekly basis. Check out the preview for an example!
Quarterly Classroom Data
I created a quarterly sheet for keeping all of my student data in one place. I always keep it on my clipboard and can add data as I observe or assess throughout the quarter.
Progress Monitoring Tracking Sheets for Self-Tracking
This fifty-two page file of graphs could be used for many things when it comes to tracking progress. Student data binders, where students track their own data, was the original purpose of creating these sheets. However, they can also be used for teachers to record data for both RTI and IEP students. I have included the following options:
*Reading Goal: 0-10 Number Correct
*Reading Goal: 0-100 Percentage Correct
*Reading Goal: 0-100 Words per Minute
*Reading Goal: Blank
*Math Goal: 0-10 Number Correct
*Math Goal: 0-100 Percentage Correct
*Math Goal: Blank
*Goal Graph: 0-10 Number Correct
*Goal Graph: 0-100 Percentage Correct
*Goal Graph: Blank
The tracking sheets above are intended for progress monitoring to occur on a bi-weekly or tri-weekly basis.
