Want to keep data cycle information like a pro? This spreadsheet is for YOU!
This spreadsheet allows you to keep track of grade level data. You can pick the percentages for proficient, close to proficient, far from proficient but likely (to reach proficiency), far from proficient and unlikely (to reach proficiency).
I have set formulas to calculate percentages for each individual teacher (if you are using it for a grade level comparison) or rounds of different data cycles. The spreadsheet is pretty versatile and you can modify it for your own purposes.
I have created and linked all of the cells and formulas for you in this spreadsheet. The spreadsheet comes to you with a password (password is the password but you can change it when you receive the document) to protect the cells that have formulas in them, so they don't accidentally get erased. If you desire to unlock those cells to change or keep unlocked, you can simply hit "unprotect worksheet" and type in the password and you can edit those cells.
The spreadsheet comes with sample data filled in. You can list student names for quick reference to determine who still needs work in the particular data area. By hitting Alt-Enter in the column you are working in, you can make a vertical list of multiple students for each teacher for each category or data cycle.
So, why spend hours making formula, linking cells, test and retesting to see if your data is calculating correctly, when it's already done for you?
