This is a project where students collect data from friends and family, then translate that data into different types of graphs. We created a book by hole punching the graphs and threading string through the holes.
A notes sheet is attached to go through qualitative and quantitative data, bar graphs, histograms, stem and leaf plots, circle graphs, and box and whisker plots.
The first page of the notes determines what kind of data is used for each type of graph, then follows that with an example of each type of graph.
