Description
Data/Leadership Notebooks help students to be accountable for their learning and they are a great tool for school-home communication. Students are able to follow their improvement in academic, personal, and social goals by using visual aids. It empowers students by teaching responsibility for their learning, and organization skills.
Parents are able to keep up with their child's progress socially, academically, and behaviorally. It also provides data that is readily available for parent conferences, RTI, IEP's, etc. Data notebooks deliver timely feedback so that as teachers we may effectively analyze what our students need.
This data binder was created with the primary child in mind, especially children in Kindergarten and remedial First Grade.
This data notebook is designed to be age-appropriate, especially for students who are just beginning to track their learning. It is also less time consuming than a typical data binder because we know that every second of the instructional day is precious!
