I’ve been using data sheets for years and they have been so useful. I keep these in my data binder so that they are easy to refer to. I like to pass these along to the next teacher at the end of the year so that they have all important info at-a-glance too.
I know that all teachers like to customize their sheets the way that they need them so I left this whole document editable so that you can make them your own.
I did include a couple of my copies that you can just plug your info into if you prefer to do that.
I fill these in by hand because it’s easier for me. Google Slides copies are included in case you are more of a digital person.
Since everything is editable, you can rework the tables as much as you need in order to customize to your exact needs. That means that you can add/delete columns, change the font style, size, colors, etc.
If you are filing these sheets out digitally, edit how you’d like, then copy and paste that slide as many times as you need for your whole class. I highly suggest deleting the pages that you are not using - including the directions and cover pages.
If you ever need the original file back, just go back to TpT and re-download.
