This fun review game will have students practicing their data skills with mean, median, mode, and range, or any combination of your choosing.
Cards, game board, and instructions are included and easy to print out.
This is a great station activity or practice activity after the concept has been taught.
Divide into 2 teams. Each team draws 5 cards. Both teams find the mean, median, mode, and range for their set of data. They write their answers on their white board.
Each team checks the other team’s answers. If they are correct, the team earns points equal to the highest value on their board. For example, if Team 1 has found the mean = 4, median = 5, mode = 6, and the range = 3, they would earn 6 points and would move their token 6 spaces on the game board.
Once both teams have been awarded their points, they erase their boards and draw 5 new cards. Play continues as before with the new set of data.
The first team to the finish line wins.
