Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday celebrated throughout Mexico. It involves family and friends gathering to pray for a remember a person who has died and helped support their spiritual journey. Also, Mexican people use to make an "Ofrenda or Altar" that is a table with the favorite food, cempasuchil flowers, sugar skull or chocolate skull, candles,and traditional candies and the dead person is supposed to get the essence from the food.
