Do you want your students to practice regular verbs ( -ar, -er, -ir) in the simple present AND learn about Day of the Dead at the same time!?
This is the handout for you!
This original text describes how Mexican people celebrate their richest holiday: Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos). Students read the text and fill in the blank with simple present forms of the verbs provided. There are two difficulty versions: 1 with the verb in infinitive next to the blank and a 2nd with the conjugated verbs in a bank at the top.
