Product Description
This listing is for a spinner to assist with teaching the English names for the days of the week.

This is a great resource to use with Level 3 Unit 1 - Our Day's On Earth. You can use this to teach the sentence patterns:

What day is it today? Today is____________.
What day comes before _________? ___________ comes before ________.
What day comes after_________? ___________ comes after________.

Students often have difficulty understanding the difference between before and after. It can also help to reinforce the structure of the sentence. Often when asked, "What day comes before Tuesday?" The student will respond "Tuesday comes before Wednesday," instead of "Monday comes before Tuesday." Students often have a difficult time understanding that the sentence ends with the day in question. I like to use this spinner as a visual was to point to the day after and model that sentence clearly!

Printing: To ensure proper printing (no cropped edges), look in your print settings for "Fit" or “Fit to Page” and select that option.
