This murder mystery kit contains the part of a lifetime! The setting is the Enchanted Forest where the most beloved fairy tale creatures have arrived for a ball...until a murder occurs! The party is broken into three segments in which students are provided clues and dialogue cues to learn more about 'whodunit'. A murder will occur during the event, and students will have to share clues in order to solve the mystery! The kit contains host instructions, guest instructions, clues, name tags, character lists, and investigative sheets. 8-17 guests can participate.

Known primarily for her abilities as a maid. Cindy has a true fairy tale story. Spinster to Lucky Lady. Cindy is a romantic at heart. She loves her prince, and has a jealous streak; that’s my slipper witch! Also a bit of a neat freak; can you say OCD? Cindy is a firm believer in true love - and nice shoes.
The most powerful and at some points, the fairest of the land. Queen The Queen has a soft spot for huntsman, healthy eating, and personal vanity. Magic mirror owner. The Queen is a natural leader. She likes to spend time alone with her mirror and reflection.

Sir Lock Homer
Sir Lock Homer's keen observational skills have ensured his career as a highly -successful detective. However, his curiosity about others does not mean he likes others to be curious about him. He may have spent some time in jail for alleged stalking; he claims this was all for research. (British Accent)
Most known for being Sir Lock Homer’s assistant, Doc Watts believes himself to be the brains behind operations. He does what he can to protect his dear friend, although he is growing dreary of all the spotlight on his partner. For the most part, Doc Watts is proud to be Sir Lock Homer's most trusted assistant. His role as a doctor has allowed him to know secrets, but of course, he'd never reveal them. Or would he? (British Accent)
A natural PETA advocate and vegan, Dorthia is both the animal lover and advocate for all things humane. Dorthia loves her friends and her dog (no real dogs at the party please). She has a huge fear of wind and of witches. (southern accent)
This character which can be male or female is fed up with captivity in the lamp. Genie must make wishes come true until freedom is granted. Maybe tonight will be the night (must bring lamp to hide at party)!
This fairy is tired of being silenced and tossed into jars. It is time for Bella to come into her own. Bella hopes this party will be her gate way to high society. Bella wants nothing more than to rub elbows with the socialite princesses and to make a name for herself.
Cindy's husband and lover of shoes. He is charming and popular. He is always on the lookout for danger and to save a damsel in distress. He may not be the smartest tool in the shed, but he’s certainly the prettiest.

Goldi appears sweet and innocent has a bad case of curiosity. She is always curious about other people's lives. She has no respect for other people's privacy and is known for breaking into houses.
The Fairy (optional)
The Fairy always has everyone’s best interest at heart. She is very nurturing towards all. She hates confrontation and will try to resolve any situation, whether through conflict resolution, or a touch of magic.
Kitten in Cleats (Optional)
Kitten in Cleats may look sweet, but s/he is quite a fighter. Kitten in Cleats always has a sword handy, so watch out! S/he has a bit of a temper and has been known to fly off the handle. But with love and care, Kitten in Cleats can be a great ally.
Handsome is the little brother of Gretchen. He’s a bit childish and is scared of everything. He relies heavily on Gretchen and has difficulty thinking for himself. Will follow bread crumbs wherever they lead. Will likely tell you anything if given candy. (German accent)
Hot blooded and not trusting anyone Gretchen hates people. She feels abandoned due to her father leaving her in the woods to care for her pansy brother. Hunts witches in spare time. Gretchen is always suspicious of people and will do what she needs to do to protect herself and her brother. May be swayed with sweets. (German accent)
Rosita is a foxy and feisty lady. She has just the right amount of sexy and seductive by wearing a cape over her dresses. She is boy crazy and will try to woo every man by pulling something out of her basket of tricks to win their heart.
Cat Evergreen (Optional)
The ultimate warrior and survivor. Cat Evergreen generally avoids these sorts of functions, but has been forced to attend by her mentor in order to increase her ratings for the upcoming games. Cat Evergreen hopes to avoid people in general and try to sneak away to practice survival skills.
Moody and irritable, Wreck would love nothing more than to scare these fairy tale creatures out of the enchanted forest. Why do they insist on filling the forest with joy? Wreck will do everything to end this party, whether it is through insults, fights, or malicious trickery. (British accent)
The Greek (Optional)
The ruler of the afterworld. Naturally egotistical and wants the world to bow down to him. Will throw lightning bolts if aggravated or turned down by women.
During this round, mingle with the other guests to discuss the following with whomever you choose:
• Mock everyone at the party except for Cat in Cleats; you hate that this ball is taking place right next to your swamp. So much for privacy!
• Plot ways to scare the fairy tale creatures out of the forest. Discuss your ideas with Kat Evergreen; she doesn’t look like she’s having too much fun. Try a few out.
• Tell Cat in Cleats that she’s the least annoying character at the party, and you will tolerate her if she keeps it chill.
PERSONAL CLUES TO CONCEAL
• You are not interested in the genie’s mythical lamp.
• You’re actually really excited to have people around to entertain you.
