This is how I keep track of my caseload. My supervisor loves it! It is specific to a teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing who is an itinerant teacher. It lists the student's name, the district, the school/grade, the direct services provided, the interpreter/aide, the audiologist, the re-evaluation date, the IEP date and a column to check off when the IEP is completed for the year.
