Students will create a proposal for a museum exhibit on a decade. The directions are for the 1990s, however they can be adapted for the appropriate decade.
Students could design a museum on all of the categories for a larger project, or the class can divide topics for a smaller project.
Your Role: You are a museum curator. Curators assemble, manage and present artistic and cultural collections for museums.
Your Task: Design plans for an entire exhibit with visuals and descriptions dedicated to your subject. Your plans can be printed and put into a binder, a tri-fold board, or can be organized in a Google Drive folder. If you have other ideas of ways to “pitch” your exhibit, run it by the teacher!
