In this set of five Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and winter-themed coloring sheets, students are are working on standards while coloring!! These activities reflect the diversity and fun of the month of December. These no prep worksheets are great for literacy centers, bell ringers, brain breaks, review, or substitute plans. All ages love to join in on the fun!
Student Experience: Students must identify the parts of speech or figurative language (allusion, alliteration, simile, metaphor, onomatopoeia, idiom, pun and personification) in the cute, custom-designed scenes or in sentences in order to color the picture. Some coloring pages require students to determine figurative language in context, and other sheets just give a word, term, or phrases hidden in the picture.
