Sight Word Practice can be boring. How many times can a kid (or their parent) stand going through the same set of flash cards?!
Try a menu of word practice activities that your students can do at home!
Rather than bore them with the mundane, send home a menu of activities to practice those important sight words. Students self select the activity they want to do. If you want to have students record the activity they did, or turn in some sort of proof that they completed a task, you might do so with a recording sheet. Students can write the activity they did and a parent can sign.
