This is one of my favorite ways to have students review topics!
Topics of this activity include converting, comparing, and ordering decimals and fractions. I use it with my 8th grade Pre-Algebra students as we review older topics at the beginning of the year.
Directions for how I use this in my class:
-Print the two pages (sun and moon) on different colors
-Each student works individually to complete the 7 problems
-When done, they pair up with a student of the opposite color
-For numbers 1-6, they should have opposite answers. For example, the "sun" will get -2.375 as their answer and "moon" will have -2 3/8 - both are the values given to their partner in #1.
-For number 7 - they will both spell MATH.
