This Decimals, Fractions, and Percents worksheet asks students to write equivalent decimals for given fractions and mixed numbers. There are some fractions with a denominator of 10 or 100, but a majority of the fractions require the students to generate an equivalent fraction with a 10 or 100 in the denominator before they can write it as a decimal. These include denominators of 5, 20, and 25. A few of the given fractions can be simplified to benchmark fractions (1/4, 1/2, 3/4) which the students are expected to know the decimal equivalents for.
This worksheet also includes a tenths number line from 5 to 6. Students are asked to write the decimal and fraction in simplest form for 4 given points.
The last portion of the worksheet is a chart that gives either a decimal, fraction, or percent and asks the students to find the other two. Answer key included. Meets requirements of Florida Fourth Grade Math NGSSS MA.4.A.2.3. Created by Amber Mealey.
