### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for a complete lesson unit on identifying, rounding, and comparing decimals that has differentiated activities along with all the materials you need to teach the entire unit? Are you tired of just teaching from the textbook and want something different to do with your class? If so, this packet of materials is literally all that you need – an overall unit outline for 17 days of activities, note pages with teacher keys, suggested homework assignments, class activities (both regular and differentiated), and a unit review test.

**If you teach in Virginia, this unit of study specifically correlates to Math, SOL 4.3.

You will get:
A unit outline (17 days)
Three different class note pages with teacher guides
Class Practice Problems and Worksheets with answer keys
Materials for 10 different activities

I have included the lesson timeline as a free download so that you can have a better idea if this packet of materials will work for you.

I have several related products for sale (which all correlate to SOL 4.3) if you are interested:

DECIMAL ACTIVITIES & WORKSHEETS
-This is an abbreviated version of the lesson unit. It only includes the activity materials, homework worksheets, and unit test. It does not include the unit timeline, the note pages, the full differentiated activity lessons, or the class practice problems.

IDENTIFYING DECIMALS - QUESTIONS PRESENTATION
-This is an electronic version of the Identifying Decimals Gallery Walk activity. I usually use the presentation to check student answers after they have completed the gallery walk activity. It can also be used on its own however. Students can answer the question on the screen, then the answer is provided when the mouse is clicked.

COMPARING DECIMALS - QUESTIONS PRESENTATION
-This is an electronic version of the Comparing Decimals Gallery Walk activity. I usually use the presentation to check student answers after they have completed the gallery walk activity. It can also be used on its own however. Students can answer the question on the screen, then the answer is provided when the mouse is clicked.

DECIMALS & FRACTIONS POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
-This presentation has two parts--(1) a lesson section reviewing how to convert decimals to fractions and vice versa; and (2) a practice section where students are shown problems on the screen which they solve at their desks, then check their answers when the mouse is clicked.
