This handout will guide students to perform an intense workout that uses no other resources, only a deck of cards.
This workout is great for any fitness unit and preparation for fitness tests.
This is also a great workout when your PE class is in a small area, you only need enough space to perform a push-up for a great workout.
Partner-up or students can race individually to see who can get through an entire deck of cards first! An exercise must be completed before moving on to the next card.
