If you have a student with IEP goals related to decoding, it can always be a struggle finding time to keep up-to-date data on their progress. This pack contains five word lists, each containing 20 different words with blends. Each page can be used as a quick 1-minute assessment to determine a students' progress with their decoding of words with blends (both at the beginning and end of words). Simply give a copy to the student, and keep a copy in front of yourself to track student mistakes. These pages could help to record progress that needs to be reported at parent conferences, IEP meetings, or on progress reports. The five different versions allow you to track students on a regular basis without them memorizing words.
