2 pages "Break It" -Students “Make a train of ten cubes” by connecting 10 cubes together. Next, have them “break” the cubes into two groups. Have students color the cubes on the paper to represent their cubes and then draw a line to show the break. Students should record how many cubes are in each group. On the second page they make trains of 6 cubes.
