This is a fun activity leading up to Christmas. Students can colour their own tree, decorations and presents, then cut them out to decorate their own tree.
You can make a simple, colourful background by giving each student a piece of coloured cardboard to paste their trees and presents on to. Paste another colour across the bottom to give the illusion of a floor. You can even get them to draw a room to put the tree into.
And don't be afraid to break out the glitter on this one! Students can also design their own presents and decorations if you like. This can be used as a stimulus to help them visualise and plan it.
I have included a jpeg and png file so you can size them as you would like. I have also thrown in the already coloured file for more time poor teachers!
I hope you enjoy it! Please check out my other print and Go (or interactive whiteboard ready) Christmas activities, from $1 or $2 each, or $3.50 for the bundle (not including the vocabulary posters):
