Description

This inquiry assignment is designed for 3rd and/or 4th grade students to explore the ways in which Filipino and Mexican farm workers worked in solidarity to fight for their civil rights. This unit will take at least 1-2 weeks, depending on how in depth you go with your students, the pace of which you read the articles, and the time allotted for students to write a full-write essay in response to our inquiry question.
